Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 Onion, medium sized


  • 1 tbsp Red chili


  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds


  • 1 1/2 tsp Peppercorn, black


  • 1 tsp Turmeric, powder


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 Cooking oil


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 1 1/2 cumin seeds


  • 8 fillet of surmai

Directions

  • mix all ingredients accept oil and blend it to smooth paste
  • Apply these paste on fillets and marinade for 2 hours
  • Heat oil on high flame on a tawa and the add oil
  • place all the fillets and keep checking it
  • flip it to cook on both sides.
  • add oil if required
  • serve hot with lemon wedges
