Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1 Onion, medium sized

  • 1 tbsp Red chili

  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds

  • 1 1/2 tsp Peppercorn, black

  • 1 tsp Turmeric, powder

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 Cooking oil

  • 10 curry leaves

  • 1 1/2 cumin seeds

  • 8 fillet of surmai

Directions

  • 01

    mix all ingredients accept oil and blend it to smooth paste

  • 02

    Apply these paste on fillets and marinade for 2 hours

  • 03

    Heat oil on high flame on a tawa and the add oil

  • 04

    place all the fillets and keep checking it

  • 05

    flip it to cook on both sides.

  • 06

    add oil if required

  • 07

    serve hot with lemon wedges
