Ingredients

  • 1 cup ssago, soaked overnight


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 3 tsp sugar or as required


  • 1 handful cashews


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Take 1 cup water and let it boil
  • add sago and wait till it turns translucent
  • add sugar and milk
  • take ghee in a pan and roast cashews. crush it roughly and thenadd it into the payasam
