Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup masoor Dal


  • 4-5 garlic cloves


  • 5-6 green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 5-6 tbsp Oil for Frying

Directions

  • Soak Dal 4-5 hours. Grind with garlic, green chilli.
  • Add all ingredients in paste. No need water.
  • Make your desire shape.
  • Heat oil. Put kabab and fry .. both sides.serve with green chatni .
  • Deep fry ya shallow fry your choice.
