Take a cooker. Heat put ghee.add cumin seeds.crackle put Hing .
Put bajra daliya roast few seconds. Rice and Dal ,lobiya wash . Add in daliya . Mix well. Put water, salt, black pepper.mix well.
Cooker cover with lid for cook. 4-5 whistle gas off .
Open lid .Add milk mix well cook 2_3 boil .gas off. If Khichdi so thick add more milk / water your choice.
