Mix all ingredients upto sugar mentioned as above, except eno as well
Keep aside for 15 - 20 mins
Boil the french beans and carrots, heat oil, add mustard seed, hing, green chili, and chopped onions. Saute well. Now add grated ginger, veggies, capsicum, tomatoes,. Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix well
Now grease the idli mould, cut the bread slice with cookie cutter. Place it in the idli mould. Add the stuffing over the bread slice.
Now take baking soda and eno fruit salt , mix and make the batter fluffy. Now cover the bread stuffing with the batter and steam till done
Demould the dhokla, cut in rounds, and then in halves. Season it by heating oil, add mustard seed, curry leaves and green chili. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with sauce, chutney
