Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 100 gm chicken

  • 1/2 cup besan

  • 1/2 tsp corn flour

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp haldi

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

    Wash chicken thrice under water

  • 02

    In that add all the ingredients until every piece is coated

  • 03

    Heat oil on high flame and deep fry this pakoda on medium flame.

  • 04

    Drain excess oil and garnish with coriander leaves
