Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breast

  • 1.5 cups water

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 4 celery

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1.5 T mustard

  • 2 T Apple Cider vinegar

  • 1 Cup Mayo

  • 1 T fajita spice mix

    2 Large Chicken breast on rack. season chicken with fajita seasoning and add 1.5 cups of water. Hit Poultry button. (18 minutes with a 10 minute natural release) Save leftover liquid for rice. Shred chicken with 2 forks while hot. put back in IPot bowl and add half a chopped onion and 5 chopped celery. add spices. 2tsp Garlic powder, 1tsp pepper, 2 tsp salt. any type mustard 1.5 tablespoon or 4 squirts. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 Cup or 3 large spatula scoops of mayo. mix with hands.
