Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup oats


  • 3/4 Cup besan flour


  • 1/2 Cup carrots, boiled & chopped


  • 1/2 Cup corn, boiled


  • 1/2 Cup peas boiled


  • 1/2 Cup tomato chopped


  • 1/2 Cup Spanish chopped


  • 3 green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 6 curry leaves


  • 8 brown bread


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Grind oats to make flour. In the same pot, grind all the other vegetables.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats flour, vegetables and besan.
  • Add all the spices followed by required amount of water and mix everything to form smooth batter. Make sure to leave no lumps.
  • Cut each bread slice into 4 parts.
  • Grease the pan. Dip pieces into prepared batter, coat evenly and place it onto hot tawa. Cook on medium to low heat until golden brown.
  • Flip and cook. Press slightly in between. Serve with favourite chutney or ketchup.
