Grind oats to make flour. In the same pot, grind all the other vegetables.
In a large bowl, combine oats flour, vegetables and besan.
Add all the spices followed by required amount of water and mix everything to form smooth batter. Make sure to leave no lumps.
Cut each bread slice into 4 parts.
Grease the pan. Dip pieces into prepared batter, coat evenly and place it onto hot tawa. Cook on medium to low heat until golden brown.
Flip and cook. Press slightly in between. Serve with favourite chutney or ketchup.
