Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Rawa - 1 cup


  • Oil - 1 spoon


  • Salt - 1 tsp, 1tsp for stuffing


  • (1) For stuffing :-


  • Paneer - 8-10 cubes


  • Sweet corn seeds - 2 tbsp


  • Capsicum chopped - 2 tbsp


  • Onion cut vertically sliced - 1


  • Ginger n garlic paste - 1 tsp


  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp


  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp


  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Aamchur powder - 1 tsp


  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp


  • For sealing the spring roll sheets make paste of wheat flour /Maida - 2 spoon

Directions

  • Blend the Rawa into fine powder, add salt and oil, mix it then add warm water gradually and knead it to make a dough
  • Keep the dough aside for 30 minutes, meanwhile prepare the filling.
  • For filling, take a kadai add oil, then add onion, saute and add ginger and garlic paste, add capsicum, saute it then add sweet corn and paneer, add aamchur powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, garam masala powder, red chili powder, salt and saute it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.
  • Now take medium sized (like puri) balls of dough and roll it out and then take another dough and roll it out.
  • Take one sheet of roll grease oil over it and sprinkle wheat flour /Maida then put another sheet of roll over it and roll it together into thin sheets.
  • Then bake the thin sheets of roll on high flame.
  • Now slowly separate the two sheets and cut it into square shape.
  • Take 1 sheet, put the filling mixture n roll n seal it with wheat flour /Maida paste.
  • Take a tawa, grease oil, and bake the spring rolls on both the sides.
  • Now the spring roll is ready to serve. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.
