Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For handva,,,1 small bottle gourd


  • 1 cup suji


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 pinch turmric pwd


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 cup fali


  • 2 tsp sesam seeds


  • 1 tsp musterd seed


  • 4 green chilli long cut


  • 16 curry leaves


  • 1 tb sp oil


  • For puri ,,,,,1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp bleck papper


  • 1 tsp zeera pwd


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • For salad,,,1 cup green moong sproted


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 cucumber chopped


  • 1 cup pomogrante and apple chopped


  • Salt and chat masala 1 tsp

Directions

  • For handva,,
  • First greated the bottle gourd
  • Take a bowl put greated gourd ,suji,salt red chilli pwd,green and garlic paste
  • Add curd make thick batter
  • Mix properly
  • Keep rest for 30 min.
  • After 30 min.take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil
  • Add musterd seed ,cumin seed
  • Add fali
  • When fali is red add 2 green chilli and curry leaves
  • Add sessam seed
  • Then spread half batter on it.close with lid
  • Keep it slow flam for 5 min.
  • Flip it and roast it for 5 min .
  • Ready to serve
  • Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
  • For puri,,
  • In one bowl put wheat flour ,salt and bleck papper
  • Make a tight daugh help of water
  • Heat oil and fry the puries
  • Serve curd ,pickle and fry papad
  • For salad ,,
  • All ing . Of salad mix well
  • Add salt and chat masala
  • Enjoy the break fast with handva ,puri dahi and salad
