Ingredients

  • 500g Patato


  • 2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp Amchur powder, 1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp grm masala


  • 1 green chilli fine chopped


  • 3_4 tsp green corinder leaves


  • 3_4 tspGhee/ oil for frying

Directions

  • Wheat flour salt mix well add little water knead a dough.
  • Boil patato . Cool, peel and mashed.add all masale,green chilli and corinder leaves.. make patato masala.
  • Make small balls for dough. Make small poori fill patoto masala. Close sides. Roll it with rolling pin.
  • Heat tva. Put prantha . Cook both side . Grese prantha both sides . Cook serve with mango pickle , chilli pickle. Your choice.
