500g Patato
2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt
1tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp Amchur powder, 1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp grm masala
1 green chilli fine chopped
3_4 tsp green corinder leaves
3_4 tspGhee/ oil for frying
Directions
Wheat flour salt mix well add little water knead a dough.
Boil patato . Cool, peel and mashed.add all masale,green chilli and corinder leaves.. make patato masala.
Make small balls for dough. Make small poori fill patoto masala. Close sides. Roll it with rolling pin.
Heat tva. Put prantha . Cook both side . Grese prantha both sides . Cook serve with mango pickle , chilli pickle. Your choice.
