Ingredients

  • 3 smiley
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2-3 tdp bhujiya sev
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tsp mint chutney
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup oil to fry
  • 1 tsp coriander to garnish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Deep fry smiley until golden
  • Place it on a plate and add curd
  • Add all the chutneys and sprinkle sev and onions
  • Add lemon juice and sprinkle pinch of salt.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve
