Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts(without cover)

  • 2 tbsp sev bhujiya

  • 1 garlic

  • 2 green chilli

  • 1 Handful coriander

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup corn

  • 1/3 cup red pepper, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 8 white bread slice

  • 4 cheese slices

  • 1 tbsp Butter to toast

Directions

    Into blender, put peanuts, bhujiya, garlic, chilli, coriander, salt and lemon juice. Blend it to form chutney. Just add 1 tsp water, not more.

    Not take a bowl, to this add yogurt, chutney and veggies. Mix well.

    Chop off the bread edges. Spread the mixture on one slice. Add cheese slice. Cover with another bread. Toast untill golden from both sides.

    Do this for the rest.

    Enjoy with ketchup or even alone.
