Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts(without cover)


  • 2 tbsp sev bhujiya


  • 1 garlic


  • 2 green chilli


  • 1 Handful coriander


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/3 cup corn


  • 1/3 cup red pepper, finely chopped


  • 1/2 cup yogurt


  • 8 white bread slice


  • 4 cheese slices


  • 1 tbsp Butter to toast

Directions

  • Into blender, put peanuts, bhujiya, garlic, chilli, coriander, salt and lemon juice. Blend it to form chutney. Just add 1 tsp water, not more.
  • Not take a bowl, to this add yogurt, chutney and veggies. Mix well.
  • Chop off the bread edges. Spread the mixture on one slice. Add cheese slice. Cover with another bread. Toast untill golden from both sides.
  • Do this for the rest.
  • Enjoy with ketchup or even alone.
