Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1cup Sprouted moong paste

  • 2tbsp besan

  • 2tbsp riceflour

  • 1tsp turmericpowder

  • 1tsp redchilli powder

  • 1tbsp butter

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 4piece bread

Directions

    Take a bowl add all ingredients (except butter)mix well.

  • 02

    Cut the bread piece 4 pieces.

  • 03

    Spread the sprout batter both side of the bread.

  • 04

    Heat the tava add butter.

  • 05

    Put the bread on tava.

  • 06

    Cook nicely.

  • 07

    Sprouted Sandwich is ready.

  • 08

    Serve with any type of chutney or sauces.
