  • 2 boiled egg

  • oat rava iddli 1 pkt or

  • 1 cup oats roasted powder it

  • 1/2cup rava roasted

  • salt to taste or 1/2 tsp

  • curd 4 tbs

  • water 1cup or as needed

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 big tbs of cornflakes with dry fruits

  • 1tsp sugar or ur choice

  • coconut chutney to serve 1 tbs

    make iddli batter with the help of water and curd mix well and add one pouch of eno fruit salt

  • 02

    meanwhile add water in iddli cooker or container boil it and place the iddli mould in it make sure we are making oilfree breakfast

    when boil the water place iddli mould in it and cover the lid when iddli mould hot pour batter carefully becoz it is very hot steam it for 15 minuets

    after 15 minuets check it see no batter is stocking make with Balance iddli with same method and serve with coconut chutney

    no sticking batter , make cornflakes with milk by adding sugar if u need boil the milk and add cornflakes with honey and dry fruits

    now to serve first place cup of cornflakes , then iddli with chutney boiled egg with salt and pepper.
