Ingredients

  • 150grms purpose flour

  • 1tsp salt

  • For stuffing..3big sized boiled smashed potato

  • 3tsp oil

  • 1tsp cumin , mustard seeds

  • 1cup coriander

  • 1tsp finely chopped ginger

  • 1tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1cup hungcurd

  • 1cup pieces of zucchini

  • 1/2tsp onion chopped

  • 1/2cup carrot pieces

  • 1/2tsp pepparika

  • 1/2tsp salt

Directions

    Take a bowl put flour,add salt add water as required to make kneaded dough

    Apply oil on dough rest for 15mins

  • 03

    Mean while heat a cadai pour oil add mustard cumin seeds when it's splits add Ginger then add onion keep fri on it

    Then add smashed potatoes

    Add salt,turmeric,coriander mix up well

    Take handful of dough place alloo stuff on middle

    Close Nicely then press with up palms make kulcha shape

    Apply water add black sesame seeds and coriander place on tavva turn up on flame once its get coloured apply butter

    Then take a bowl put hund curd add salt beat continuously then add zucchini slices,carrot,onion pieces mixup well transfer serving bowl garnish with pepparika powder ready to serve
