Ingredients

  • 150grms purpose flour


  • 1tsp salt


  • For stuffing..3big sized boiled smashed potato


  • 3tsp oil


  • 1tsp cumin , mustard seeds


  • 1cup coriander


  • 1tsp finely chopped ginger


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1cup hungcurd


  • 1cup pieces of zucchini


  • 1/2tsp onion chopped


  • 1/2cup carrot pieces


  • 1/2tsp pepparika


  • 1/2tsp salt

Directions

  • Take a bowl put flour,add salt add water as required to make kneaded dough
  • Apply oil on dough rest for 15mins
  • Mean while heat a cadai pour oil add mustard cumin seeds when it's splits add Ginger then add onion keep fri on it
  • Then add smashed potatoes
  • Add salt,turmeric,coriander mix up well
  • Take handful of dough place alloo stuff on middle
  • Close Nicely then press with up palms make kulcha shape
  • Apply water add black sesame seeds and coriander place on tavva turn up on flame once its get coloured apply butter
  • Then take a bowl put hund curd add salt beat continuously then add zucchini slices,carrot,onion pieces mixup well transfer serving bowl garnish with pepparika powder ready to serve
