Take a cup of quinoa cook it in 1:3 ratio water for 15 - 20 minutes till it becomes fluffy n let it cool.
Add chopped veggies of your choice, roasted Oats powder, salt, little oil, Peri Peri, Oregano, chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, chopped onion, all to the quinoa n mix it well, add water if required and make the paste in wada consistency.
Grease oil in Appe pan and pour the mixture into the cavities n cover it n cook for 5-6 minutes in low flame, then turn the wadas n again cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the wadas in bowl of water for 1-2 minutes then transfer it to a plate, add fresh and whipped curd, chaat masala, black salt, chilli flakes, mint powder, tamarind sauce, chopped mango ginger, chopped coriander leaves (green chutney can also be added if required).
Dahi Quinoa wadas are ready to serve.
