  • Overnight Soaked plane Oats - 1 cup


  • Overnight Soaked almonds - 8-10


  • Overnight Soaked Chia seeds - 4 tsp


  • Rose syrup - 4-5 spoon


  • Honey - 4 spoon


  • Mango chunks - 1/2 cup


  • Pineapple chunks - 1/4 cup


  • Roasted edible dry seeds (pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds) -2 tbsp


  • Fresh Curd - 1 cup

Directions

  • Take a glass, add rose syrup first, then add curd, oats mixture, honey, fruit chunks, Chia seeds, dry fruits and seeds.
  • Then repeat the process and layer it again
  • It's ready to serve
