Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup corn, boiled


  • 1/4 Cup red bell pepper, chopped


  • 1/4 Cup yellow bell pepper, chopped


  • 1/4 Cup green bell pepper, chopped


  • 1/4 Cup green peas


  • 3 tbsp paneer, grated


  • 1/4 Cup onion, chopped


  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped


  • 1 green chilli, chopped


  • 1 tbsp Mayo


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2 piece lemon


  • 10 bread slice


  • 1 tbsp garlic butter


  • 1 cup cheese, grated

Directions

  • Cut the bread slice to make 10 circles, and cut half of them with smaller circle cutter to form a hollowed bread circle, place on top of the other half of the bread.
  • Now mix the ingredients (except butter & cheese) for the filling in the bowl and stuff the circular bread discs.
  • Brush some butter on the bread, top with cheese and bake till cheese has melted. Serve hot with ketchup.
