Ingredients

  • 3 eggs


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 2 grinded tomatoes


  • 1/2 chopped green chilli


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl ,add the inner part both white & yellow of the egg..Stir constantly.
  • Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan & add chopped onions ,cook on low flame till it becomes pink in colour .Now add chopped green chillies & all the ingredients. Mix well for a second.
  • Now add grated tomatoes & stir constantly .Cook till oil spreads from corners.
  • Add the eggs mixture & cook on low flame till it becomes juicy .
  • Switch off the flame ..Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with parantha or bread
