Ingredients

  • 4 egg


  • 2 onion finely chopped


  • 1 capsicum finely chopped


  • 3 tomatoes finely chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 spoon grated ginger


  • 1/2 spoon cumin


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder


  • 1/4 spoon garam masala powder


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 4 ready made pav

Directions

  • Heat oil in a wok, put cumin, green chilli and grated ginger fry them till pinkis in colour.
  • Now add onion and capsicum fry untill golden in colour.
  • Than add tomato, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
  • Fry untill tomato become soft.
  • Break the egg and beat well .
  • Add beaten egg into the masalas and scramble lightly.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes and finally add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • Serve with hot butter pav.
