Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup kabuli chana soaked overnight


  • 1 large potato


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • mash kabuli chana , potato and mix well
  • add all the ingredients and the seasonings.
  • Add some rice flour if the mixture is sticky
  • make small balls and deep fry in heated oil.
  • drain excess oil and serve hot
