1 cup kabuli chana soaked overnight
1 large potato
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil
Directions
mash kabuli chana , potato and mix well
add all the ingredients and the seasonings.
Add some rice flour if the mixture is sticky
make small balls and deep fry in heated oil.
drain excess oil and serve hot
