Cut raw bananas in long shape and soak in water to avoid bananas turning in black colour
In a bowl add senagapindi, salt, red chilly powder, jeera, vaamu, soda, turmeric powder
Mix all dry ingredients together and slowly add water and adjust consistency
Batter should be slightly thick but not running and allow batter to rest for 10min
Heat oil in pan now take each banana and dip in batter and slowly drop in oil
Fry until golden brown and transfer to a tissue plate to absorb oil
Serve with onions finely chopped and lemon
