Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup semolina


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1/2 chopped capsicum


  • 1/3 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black grounded pepper


  • 1 chopped green chilli


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Make a smooth batter of semolina with water.keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • Now add all the ingredients & chopped veggies.Mix well.Add little bit of water so that batter becomes smooth.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil on the tawa.Pour batter on it.Spread it.
  • Cook on low flame till it becomes golden now flip & cook the other side of uttapam with oil.Cook till it becomes golden.
  • Do same procedure with leftover batter.
  • Serve hot with any dip or chutney
