Make a smooth batter of semolina with water.keep it aside for 10 minutes
Now add all the ingredients & chopped veggies.Mix well.Add little bit of water so that batter becomes smooth.
Heat 1 tsp of oil on the tawa.Pour batter on it.Spread it.
Cook on low flame till it becomes golden now flip & cook the other side of uttapam with oil.Cook till it becomes golden.
Do same procedure with leftover batter.
Serve hot with any dip or chutney
