Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Sliced onion - 2 big


  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon


  • Salt - 1/2 tablespoon


  • Tumeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon


  • Amchur powder - 1/2 tablespoon


  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon


  • Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Water - 3 tablespoon


  • Oil for frying - 3 cups

Directions

  • Cut the onion sliced . Take out it in big bowl , add salt , red chilly powder , tumeric powder , amchur powder, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves ,gram flour and water . Mix all ingredients very well and keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in pan on high flame .fry the bhajiye in medium to high flame till golden brown in colour and crisp.
  • Serve yummy and crispy bhajiya with tomato ketchup.
  • Sana's note :
  • 1. If you bhajiye batter is so thin add some gram flour and make thick batter for bhajiya .
  • 2. If you like you can add or skip ajwain.
  • 3. Fry on medium to high flame not on high flame .
