Cut the onion sliced . Take out it in big bowl , add salt , red chilly powder , tumeric powder , amchur powder, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves ,gram flour and water . Mix all ingredients very well and keep aside.
Heat the oil in pan on high flame .fry the bhajiye in medium to high flame till golden brown in colour and crisp.
Serve yummy and crispy bhajiya with tomato ketchup.
Sana's note :
1. If you bhajiye batter is so thin add some gram flour and make thick batter for bhajiya .
2. If you like you can add or skip ajwain.
3. Fry on medium to high flame not on high flame .
