1 bowl green moong sprouts
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped tomatoe
1 chopped small cucumber
1/3 cup boiled corns
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black grounded pepper
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tomato slices & cucumber slices
Directions
Take the sprouts in a micro bowl & microwave for 60 seconds.
Take it out & add the chopped onions,tomato,cucumber & corns.Mix them well.
Now add all the ingredients & mix well.
Add lemon juice & mix v well.
Take a serving bowl,add sprouts & garnish with tomato & cucumber slices.
