Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 large potato, boiled


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 6 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt or as required


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 cup rice flour


  • 3 tsp gram flour

Directions

  • mash the potatoes until they are smooth
  • add the flours and salt, haldi, red chilli powder and mix it well
  • add some water to make a batter with a dosa consistency.
  • heat oil on a tawa and make small pancakes.
  • add oil on the sides and flip it over. wait until the pancakes turn golden.
