Ingredients

  • 1 cup chana / chickpeas

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 1 tsp maida

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1/4 tsp chat masala

Directions

  • 01

    pressure cook kabuli chana for 2 whistles with some salt. drain water when it is done

  • 02

    Add all the ingredients into the chana and mix it well until it coats every chickpea

  • 03

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry this in small batches until it is golden and crisp.

    serve hot
