Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina (sooji


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 chopped small onion


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 chopped green chilli


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/4 tsp pinch of turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • Take a bowl ,add semolina & make a paste with water .keep it aside for 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes ,add althea ingredients & chopped onions .Mix v well
  • Pour 1 tsp of oil on tawa ;& add 1 tbsp of batter on it .Spread it with spoon.Cook till it becomes golden.
  • Now flip the other side of chilla & pour 1 tsp of oil on it .Cook till it becomes golden.
  • Take it out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
