Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 10 to 12 Samosa patti


  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potato


  • 1/2 cup boiled peas


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp green chili paste


  • 2 tbsp chopped green garlic


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger garlic paste also add chili paste.
  • Add mashed potato and peas.
  • Mix well Add salt , garam masala , green garlic.
  • Mix well all the masala and of the gas.
  • Once mixture comes in room temperature fill in samosa Patti and make samosa.
  • Heat oil in a pan for frying samosa.
  • Add samosa and fry till golden and crisp.
  • Serve hot.
