Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
Now add curry leaves, followed by onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
Saute this until onion turns light in color.
Now add tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, red chilli and turmeric powder. Let it cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Now add capsicum and saute for 1 min.
Next add ketchup and lemon juice and mix well.
Lastly add bread pieces and coat them well in masala. Saute until it coats evenly.
Sprinkle sev and serve.
