Ingredients

  • 500gm.semolina


  • 1Desecated coconut


  • 100gm khoya


  • 500gm jaggery


  • 1tsp greencadamompowder


  • 250gm oil or ghee

Directions

  • Heat a pan add desecated coconut ,&300gm jaggery mix well,cook nicely.
  • Add green cadamompowder&khoya mix it well.
  • Cooked till its becomes dry.Off the gas transfer.a plate.
  • Heat a pan add 700ml.water ,salt &200gm jaggery.
  • When water boils & jaggery already melted add semolina ,cook on lower fleam.
  • When all the water dissolved &the dough becomes soft off the gas.
  • Cool it little.
  • Take a ball size from dough flate it on your palm stuff the coconut mawa stuffing.Than round it .
  • Deep-fry the ball.
  • Suji manda is ready to serve any type of curry.
