Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup Daliya, boiled


  • 1/2 Cup corn, boiled


  • 1/2 Cup Rajma, boiled


  • 1/4 Cup Capsicum, finelychopped


  • 1/4 Cup carrot ,grated


  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped


  • 1 green chilli, chopped


  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 3 tsp breadcrumbs


  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Take a bowl, add all the ingredients, except ghee, and mix well.
  • Make round patties using your hands to shape them.
  • Heat non stick pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and place 6 patties on the pan or depending on the size of your pan.
  • Cook from both sides until golden in color.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
