Ingredients

  • 250 gm paneer

  • 2 Cup maida

  • 1 Green capsicum

  • 2 onion

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • Red chili powder 1tsp

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 /2 tsp black paper

  • 2 green chili

  • 2 Lemon

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

    Paneer ko pieces mei cut krenge.

    Ek bowl mei curd paneer,ginger garlic paste n all spices add kr marinate krenge for 15 min.

    Onion, green capsicum, n Chili ko slices mei cut krenge

    Maida mei salt, lemon juice, sugar 2 sp curd add kr warm water se dough ready krenge. N leave it for fermentation.

    Tack a pan n add 1 tbsp oil now add chopped onion green capsicum n chili soute for 5 min. Now add of magneted paneer n Cook it jb oil chod de to gass flame off kr denge.

    Paneer masala fill kr raw onion n, tomato souse n chili sauce dalenge upr se lemon juice n chat masala sprinkle kr foil ke sath rap krenge..
