Pressure cook chana with some salt for 3 whistles. also add a teabag in the cooker.
Heat oil and add mustard
Blend onion to smooth paste and transfer it intothe wok.
Saute for a minute and same way blend tomato and add.
Add all the seasonings and mix it well
Add chana and cover for a minute.
Add 1 cup water and bring it to boil.
Cover it with a lid and serve with bhature.
