Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup kabuli chana soaked over night


  • 1 onion roasted


  • 1 tomato roasted


  • 1 teabag


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Pressure cook chana with some salt for 3 whistles. also add a teabag in the cooker.
  • Heat oil and add mustard
  • Blend onion to smooth paste and transfer it intothe wok.
  • Saute for a minute and same way blend tomato and add.
  • Add all the seasonings and mix it well
  • Add chana and cover for a minute.
  • Add 1 cup water and bring it to boil.
  • Cover it with a lid and serve with bhature.
