Ingredients

  • 2 pav

  • 1 boiled mashed potatoes

  • 2 green chilli

  • 2tbsp peas

  • 1tbsp oil

  • 1/4tsp salt

  • 1/4cup gram flour

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder

  • 2tbsp peanuts roasted

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

    For chutney

    Combine peanuts,salt,red chilli powder,lemon juice,and cumin seeds in a mixer jar.grind it eell to make a fine dry powder.

    Now heatoil in a pan add peas and cook for a while.

    Add salt and red chilli powder.add mashed potatoes and mix well.maje lemon size ball and keep aside

    Now mix gram flour.salt .red chilli powder and soda in a bowl.add sufficient water to make a paste.

    Heat an ample amount of oil in a fryer .take a ball dip in gram paste snd fry till golden

    Now fry green chilli in hot oil.

    To assemble-take a pav and dalit in between. spread peanut dry chutney over two halves.place a ball of potato on one half and cover it with other.top up with fry green chilli.serve with hot green chutney
