Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Grated carrot 2

  • Chopped green chilli 1

  • Finely chopped ginger and garlic 1 tsp

  • besan 2 to 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp to saute the pancakes

  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp for garnishing

  • Hing 1 pinch

  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp

  • Jeera 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except oil.

  • 02

    Make a dough and make small portions. Take a portion and make a roundel and flatten with palms

  • 03

    Heat a tawa and saute the pancakes on both sides adding few drops of oil.

  • 04

    Remove on a Kitchen towel. Serve with sauce of your choice.
