Grated carrot 2
Chopped green chilli 1
Finely chopped ginger and garlic 1 tsp
besan 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp to saute the pancakes
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp for garnishing
Hing 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Mix all ingredients except oil.
Make a dough and make small portions. Take a portion and make a roundel and flatten with palms
Heat a tawa and saute the pancakes on both sides adding few drops of oil.
Remove on a Kitchen towel. Serve with sauce of your choice.
