Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup boiled kidney beans

  • 1/4 cup sprouts

  • 1 handful boiled peanuts

  • 10 black raisins

  • 5 grapes whole or chopped

  • 1 lemon

  • 5 dried cranberries

  • 2 tsp chopped almond

  • 2 tsp chopped carrot

  • 1 pinch sugar

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

  • 3-4 lettuce leaves

Directions

    In a bowl add all the ingredients and squeeze the lime.

    Toss it gently and refrigerate for a minute.

    Garnish with raisins and serve
