Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup green moong

  • 1/2 cup rice

  • 1/4 cup chana dal

  • 2 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1 tsp zeera pwd

  • Salt to taste1

  • 1 /2 cup Oil for roast

  • 2 onion finely chopped

  • 1 carrot finely chopped

Directions

    First socked the moong 6 hours

  • 02

    After take a mixture jar put socked moong rice,and chana dal in it

    Make smoot paste

  • 04

    Take out the paste in a bowl

    Add garlic and chilli paste

    Add salt ,red chilli pwd and zeera pwd

    Mix properly

    Take another bowl put onion and carrots in it

    Add salt or greated cheese or paneer

    Mix well

    Heat dosa tawa spread oil

  • 12

    Keep some batter on it and spread like a dosa

    When dosa roast one side put some mixture of veggies

    Flip the dosa roast both side

    Ready to serve

    Serve with coconut chutney or sauce
