Ingredients

Serves 4

  • dosa batter 1 cups

  • dosa ka masala 1 bowls

  • bread slices cut into roundles 8 nos

  • Oil for frying 1 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Make dosa batter thin by adding 1/4 cup of water

  • 02

    take 1 roundle put 1 TBS masala over it

  • 03

    cover with other roundle now press with your palm

  • 04

    Now dip in dosa batter

  • 05

    carefully drop in hot oil

  • 06

    fry both sides till golden brown

  • 07

    Now serve with your choice of chatni or dip
