Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup poha

  • 1 capsicum

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • 2 green chillis

  • 3-4 cashews

  • 3-4 almonds

  • 10-12 raisins

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 pinch asafotida

Directions

    Wash poha and strain all the water.

  • 02

    Finely chop the vegetables and dryfruits

  • 03

    Heat oil in a pan and roast onion.

  • 04

    Take it out and add rest of the oil.

  • 05

    Add cumin, asafotida and turmeric powder.

  • 06

    Add tomatoes and roast well

  • 07

    Now add rest of the veggies, dry fruits and poha.

  • 08

    Mix well and cook for 2 minute's with cover lid.

  • 09

    Serve hot.
