Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup chickpeas boiled


  • 1 onion sliced


  • 2 tsp maida/ corn flour


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 4 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 cup oil to fry


  • 1 pinch red colour


  • 4 garlic chopped

Directions

  • Take boiled chana and add maida, salt, red chilly powder and toss gently until it chana is coated
  • Heat oil and deep fry these chana until golden
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add chopped garlic
  • Add chillies and onion on high flame
  • add all the sauces and seasoning with the food colour and saute
  • Add the chana and mix it gently.
  • serve hot
