1 leftover Roti
1 tsp pizza sauce
1/2 tsp pizza masala
1 onion sliced
2 tsp sliced cabbage
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp butter
Directions
Apply butter on the roti on both sides and place it on the heated tawa.
Spread pizza sauce
Add sliced onion, cabbage and finally cheese.
sprinkle mixed herbs and cover it with lid.
when the cheese starts melting remove.
add some more butter if needed. wait till the roti becomes little crisp.
slice and serve.
