Cut the bread into cubes.
Heat a pan put oil, once hot add mustard seeds, green chilli, ginge.r - garlic and curry leaves
Now add chopped onion to this stir for 1 minute than add chopped capsicum.
Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder mix well and saute for 1 minutes.
Now add bread cubes into this mixture, sprinkle few drops of water so that bread is coated with the masalas nicely.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves, sugar and lemon juice mix well than swich off the flame.
Serve hot.
