In a saucepan add 1/3 cup water add the ragi flour and cocoa powder and using a whisk combine together. Now keep this pan on a stove on medium flame. The mixture will start to thicken using whisk try to break it and keep stirring occasionally, you will find it turning into a thick mass. Switch off the flame, transfer to a plate and let it cool completely
In a mixer combine milk, vanilla extract, sugar and the cooled ragi-chocolate mass. Blend for a minute until well combined.
Pour into tall glasses and enjoy
