2 tbsp roasted peanut
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 1/2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 banana, frozen
1 cup pineapple pieces, frozen
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp Chia seeds
Directions
Into blender, put banana, pineapple,1 tbsp chia, flax seeds, 1 tbsp peanuts, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and blend into smooth paste.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and 1 tbsp peanuts.
