Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanut


  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds


  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw cocoa powder


  • 1 banana, frozen


  • 1 cup pineapple pieces, frozen


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp Chia seeds

Directions

  • Into blender, put banana, pineapple,1 tbsp chia, flax seeds, 1 tbsp peanuts, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and blend into smooth paste.
  • Garnish with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and 1 tbsp peanuts.
