Ingredients
Serves 3
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp fresh coriander
1 tbsp salt or to taste
6 bread slice
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp cheese, grated
2 tbsp green chutney
4-5 slices of onion, capsicum, tomato
2 tbsp butter
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds & saute for few secs.
Add onion, cook until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and saute for a min.
Add tomatoes, salt and saute for a min.
Add red chilli, coriander, turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 mins. Add 100 ml water. Again saute till tomatoes are cooked properly.
Add boiled eggs and coat them well into the masala.
Lastly add garam masala and fresh coriander and mix everything well. Keep this egg masala filling aside.
Take a bread slice, apply some butter as 1st layer on bread, then green chutney, followed by egg masala. Top it with some tomato, onion and capsicum slices, sprinkle chaat masala followed by generous amount of cheese.
Now place another bread slice on top and cook the sandwich on pan. Serve.
