In a bowl, mix together 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar & oil followed by egg and 1/2 cup mango puree, mango essence.
In another bowl, combine dry ingredients, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
Now pour the wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well. Lastly fold mango pieces into batter.
Heat a pan on medium flame, pour laddle full batter and spread in round shape using back of spoon.
When small bubbles appear on uncooked surface, flip the side. Cook untill golden from both the sides.
Transfer Pancake to serving plate and let it cool.
Meanwhile, blend together 1 cup mango puree, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp milk to make mango sauce.
Garnish pancake with mango sauce and mango pieces.
