Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup besan


  • 1cup Curd


  • 1cup water


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1/2tsp ginger paste


  • 2-3 chutki turmeric powder


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 1tsp sesame seeds


  • 1/2tsp mustardseeds


  • 2tbsp desecated coconut


  • 1tbsp corriender leaves


  • 2 pinch hing


  • 2 greenchilli


  • 8-10curry patta

Directions

  • Mix the curd with water well.
  • Add besan mix well with curd
  • Mix ginger paste,turmeric powder,&salt.
  • Take a heavy bottom wok heat it.Add 1tbsp oil ,add the batter of besan.
  • Continuous ly stir the batter.
  • 10 or 12 mints it's becomes ready.Not to over cook.
  • Greased the backside of the big plate.
  • Spread the batter on that plate
  • Cool it.cut it 6" length & 2"wideth
  • Sprinckle 1tbsp coconut &roll it
  • Than seasoning it .
  • Heat a pan.add oil,add mustardseeds,greenchill,&curry patta sauted &pour over the khandvi.
  • Garnishing with desecated coconut & Chopped corrienderleaves serve it with mint chutney.
