Mix the curd with water well.
Add besan mix well with curd
Mix ginger paste,turmeric powder,&salt.
Take a heavy bottom wok heat it.Add 1tbsp oil ,add the batter of besan.
Continuous ly stir the batter.
10 or 12 mints it's becomes ready.Not to over cook.
Greased the backside of the big plate.
Spread the batter on that plate
Cool it.cut it 6" length & 2"wideth
Sprinckle 1tbsp coconut &roll it
Than seasoning it .
Heat a pan.add oil,add mustardseeds,greenchill,&curry patta sauted &pour over the khandvi.
Garnishing with desecated coconut & Chopped corrienderleaves serve it with mint chutney.
