Ingredients
Serves 4
8 small potato boiled and peeled
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tsp roasted deccicated coconut
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp coriander
2 tbdp oil
1 tsp mustard
Directions
direct roast onion on gas until it turns translucent from outside.
Take onion, coconut in a blender and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add onion paste and mix it . Cook until onion turns brown.
Blend tomato to smooth paste and cook
Add haldi , salt and wait until oil separates
Add red chilli powder and prick potato with fork and add it too. Cover with a lid
Add some water and then let it come to boil.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
